Terms of Service

1. The service

RepuPR ("RepuPR", "we") provides tools for planning and writing press releases, and arranges distribution of customer releases through third-party newswire and media networks. Building and previewing a release is free; distribution is a paid, per-release service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, spam, or unlawful content.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the releases you write. By ordering distribution you grant us and our distribution partners a license to publish, syndicate, and archive the release across their networks. That is the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your release: no false or misleading claims, no defamation, no infringement of third-party rights, no content violating securities, health, or advertising regulations. We may decline or halt distribution of content that fails our editorial review, with a full refund if we haven't yet submitted it.

4. Distribution, guarantee, and refunds

Each package specifies a guaranteed minimum number of publishing outlets. If your release is not published on at least that minimum, you receive a full refund of that order. The Expanded package additionally guarantees citation of your published release in at least two AI-generated answers, verified by our tracking process, or a full refund.

Before we submit your release to a distribution network you may cancel for a full refund, any reason. Once distributed, a release cannot be recalled from the wire; completed distributions that met the guaranteed minimum are non-refundable.

Editorial pickup, meaning a journalist independently writing about your news, is not part of any package and is never guaranteed.

5. Fees

Distribution packages are one-time fees, charged at checkout via our payment processor. Prices are shown before purchase; promotional codes apply only as stated at issuance. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific traffic, rankings, sales, media coverage beyond the stated placement minimums, or the continued availability of any third-party outlet. Placement reports reflect status at the time of reporting; third-party sites control their own content thereafter.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 3–7 survive termination.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
